Good Day!

This is my first blog since getting my website JamminJan.com up and running. It feels great to complete the site and start fresh!

Let me introduce myself. I am Jan Stannard (folks call me Jammin Jan), Realtor, IAHSP, Eco-Broker Certifed real estate agent in Weber County, Utah. I am a former real estate appraiser and love to work with buyers and sellers in real estate sales in northern Utah.

I intend to utilize this blog site to inform and learn about new and current activities in our market in view of these economic times. 

If anyone has any suggestions or advice about using this venue for discussions, please contact me. In the meantime, I am putting together topic to reach out to folks later.
