A lot of people are talking about foreclosures in the Weber County these days. Even the local Ogden news is painting a picture of an increase in foreclosures and mortgage trouble.
What is really going on in our local Ogden real estate market? Is it as bad as you have been reading? The truth is, everyone has been effected by the current market conditions, and the Ogden real estate market has felt it, too, in the last couple of years.
